OLD GROWTH
DOUBLE HAZY IPA
Like centuries old-forests, this Double Hazy IPA is lush and layered. Mango, pineapple, and stone fruit notes grow dense over a pillowy body, with a smooth bitterness that gently lingers, like light through an ancient canopy.

HOPS: Citra, Sabro, Simcoe
AROMA: Tropical Fruit, Citrus Zest
APPEARANCE: Hazy, Pale Gold

TIMBER
HAZY IPA
This hazy IPA is juicy and packed with tropical aromas and flavours. Passion fruit, mango and lychee are backed up by subtle berry notes.
ABV: 6.5%
IBU: 48
MALTS: Pale, Wheat, Dextrapils, Flaked Oats
HOPS: Simcoe, HBC-586
AROMA: Tropical
APPEARANCE: Hazy gold/orange
MOUTHFEEL: Light to Medium body

CAMP SOUR
SALTED WATERMELON SOUR
Pink as watermelon, refreshing, and built for long days in the sun. This sour has a gentle tartness and just a hint of salt on the finish. No pucker face. Just pure summer.
ABV: 4.3%

MALTS: Pale, Wheat
HOPS: Galena
AROMA: Fresh watermelon, subtle coriander
APPEARANCE: Light pink, slight haze
MOUTHFEEL: Light, crisp, spritzy, and refreshing
